Asia Business Centre is an applied science organization which is under the Scientific Research Association Central about Southeast Asia & Vietnam. According to practice, the Center can estalish  subordinate units in the domestic ones and abroad based on  the law regulations.

The Centre is organized and operated on the basis of the establishment decision No. 19-2018 / QD-TW of the Central Association and the Certificate of registration of scientific and technological activities: A-1912 of the Ministry of Science and Technology. , established for the purpose of research, policy support, connecting domestic and international organizations and businesses. The Centre has been and is a bridge for the business community, business people to exchange, meet, connect trade promotion, expand investment cooperation opportunities in ASEAN and international markets.
